Second Amendment to Fire Fighter Equipment RFP 1910 <br /> <br />Master Price Agreement <br /> <br />Vendor Name Change <br />This Amendment to the Master Price Agreement is entered into this 8th day of <br />September, 2020 by LEAGUE OF OREGON CITIES LOC (“Purchaser”) and L. N. Curtis <br />and Sons (“Vendor”) based upon the sales and/or service of Fire Fighter Equipment <br />(FFE). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into a Master Price Agreement <br />numbered PS20015 on or about March 18, 2020 and by this reference incorporated herein; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor entered into the first Amendment to the Master <br />Price Agreement on or about June 17, 2020 and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vendor wishes to update the name of one of its vendors based on <br />that vendor legally changing their name who is listed in its Proposal as permitted under <br />the terms of the Master Price Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vendor included All-American Hose in its Proposal as a Brand; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, All-American Hose has legally changed its name to Snap-tite Hose <br />Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vendor has provided notice, on or about September 8, 2020, of the <br />change in vendors legal name; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Purchaser and Vendor desire that the Master Price Agreement shall <br />be amended in part to reflect the name change. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Purchaser and Vendor enter into the following: <br /> <br />8.L. - Page 39 of 291 <br />394
