Attachment A to the Master Price Agreement shall be <br />amended in part to reflect the product line name change from ECMS Inc. to CurtisCare: <br /> <br />Brand Product Description Discount Off List Contract Category <br />ECMS Inc <br />CurtisCare Care & Maintenance, PPE Net PPE Category 08 Maintenance and <br />Cleaning Services <br /> <br /> <br />3. Full Force and Effect.
