Adopt a resolution of the Successor Agency Board of the Successor Agency to <br />the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency approving a Purchase and Sale <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and Successor Agency <br />to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, as Seller, for the sale of real <br />property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 053-182-030 in the amount of <br />$900,000; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City approving a <br />Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and <br />Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, as Seller, for the <br />purchase of real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 053-182-030 in <br />the amount of $900,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.L.Master Purchase Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN <br />Curtis & Sons for essential protective gear and equipment needed for daily <br />operations and firefighter safety <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master <br />Purchase Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & Sons <br />for a term of three (3) years in an amount not to exceed an aggregate amount of <br />$1,000,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.M.Agreement for Services with Pivot Interiors, Inc. for specialized design services <br />and the supply and installation of furniture <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a four-year <br />Agreement for Services with Pivot Interiors, Inc. for specialized design services <br />6
