This <br />amendment pertains solely to administrative updates to an existing interjurisdictional agreement and <br />does not result in changes to service levels, resource allocation, or community access. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no impact to the General Fund. In accordance with the Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity <br />Rights and Services (Town of Woodside) Agreement, the Town of Woodside will pay Redwood City the <br />metered sanitary sewer costs, as established by the agreement. The costs include sewage transmission, <br />treatment, and capacity rental. The incremental increase of the capacity fee from this property will be <br />billed according to the agreement. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. The City Council may choose not to authorize the approval of Amendment No. 14 to Sanitary <br />Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights and Services Agreement. The property owner will maintain the <br />current service level. <br />2.
