This item proposes the required second reading and adoption of the ordinance <br />to amend the Development Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance approving the Fourth Amendment to the Development <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City and 1548 Maple, LLC. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br /> <br />Housing <br />Transportation <br />BACKGROUND <br />In 2016, Developer 1548 Maple, LLC (formerly controlled by Strada Investment Group) applied to develop <br />131 townhomes with associated site and landscape improvements including construction of a new Bay <br />Trail and the Blomquist Street Extension from Maple Street to the Redwood Creek, (Project).
