For subsequent fiscal years, projected costs of recommended salary and benefits will be
built into the development of future recommended budgets.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA
Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably
foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72
hours prior to the meeting.
ALTERNATIVES
The City Council may direct staff to propose alternative compensation and/or benefit adjustments.
ATTACHMENTS
Attachment A – Resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan and the Summary
of Compensation and Terms of Employment for the Executive Management Employee
Group
REPORT PREPARED BY:
Michelle Katsuyoshi, Human Resources Director
mkatsuyoshi@redwoodcity.org
(650) 780-7288
10.C. - Page 4 of 41
799
