Freeman and Jeff A. and Loretta V. Kreager, as Sellers, <br />for the purchase of a fee parcel and a temporary construction <br />easement over real property identified as Assessor's Parcel <br />Number 052-431-020 (1485 Veterans Boulevard) in the amount <br />of $37,500, plus any escrow and recording costs incurred in the <br />transaction.
