Award contract to Kimley-Horn to complete the <br /> outreach and design phase for Bay Road Complete <br /> Street Rehabilitation Project <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the Agreement for Services with Kimley-Horn to develop Plans, <br />Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and assist with <br />neighborhood outreach for the Bay Road Complete Street <br />Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $539,422, and authorize <br />the City Manager or designee to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10 percent above the contract amount.
