Introduction of an ordinance amending Chapter 8 of <br /> the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding <br /> micromobility in Redwood City <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending <br />Chapter 8 of the Redwood City Municipal Code by renaming <br />Chapter 8 from “Micromobility Devices and Operations” to <br />“Electric Mobility Device, Non-Motorized Mobility Device, and <br />Bicycle Regulations”, repealing Articles I through III and <br />replacing them with a new Article I, and renumbering Article IV <br />to Article II.
