Parks Impact Fee – Pay a Parks Impact Fee for the net new dwelling units resulting from <br />the proposed project, estimated at $3,627,261.60. Public Art Fee – Art in Public Places Fee - The proposed project is over 50,000 square feet <br />and must either provide on-site public art with a valuation of at least 1% of the <br />construction value of the project or make a contribution to the City of its Art in Public <br />Places Fund. The in-lieu fee must be equal to a minimum of 1% of the construction <br />valuation, or if the public art is provided on-site and does not reach the minimum, the <br />project must pay the difference between 1% of the construction valuation and the value <br />of art provided on-site, consistent with Chapter 45 Section 45.090 of the Municipal Code. <br />The applicant must either obtain an approved public art permit or pay the in-lieu fee prior <br />to issuance of any building permit for the project.
