2 <br />22206 920 Shasta <br /> Housing Plan and Density Bonus Request <br />November 5, 2024 <br />The Teen Center/Office Amenity will be used part time by the office tenant(s) and part-time by the <br />Redwood City Parks and Recreation Department during Teen Center hours. It is intended to be used <br />after school for study, art, recreation, education, and other activities. Further questions on how <br />specifically the space will be used, managed, or operated (including the hours/days of operation) <br />should be directed to City staff. For purposes of calculating the affordable housing impact fee and <br />affordable unit obligation, 50% or 3,317.5 sf of the Teen Center/Office Amenity space is included in the <br />calculation. <br />The <br />unit).
