Notice of Eligibility - Residential <br /><<DATE>> <br /><<NAME>> <br /><<AADDRESS>> <br />Dear <<NAME>>: <br /> <br /><<NAME>> <<NAME>>the <<NAME>> Project <br />located at <<ADDRESS>>. <br />You will not be required to move without at least 90 days advance written notice of the day by which you must <br />vacate. However, you can contact us at any time for assistance with your move and to receive the benefits for <br />which you are eligible. <br />This is a notice of eligibility for relocation assistance. You are eligible for relocation assistance and <br />benefits under <<NAME>> Relocation Assistance Program. <br />When you do move, and depending on your eligibility for specific programs, you may receive assistance under <br />the California Code of State Regulations Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 6 (Title 25). <br />Additional information about your benefits was previously provided to you in the Informational Statement. You <br />are eligible to receive the following benefits: <br />1.RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE provided by Overland, Pacific & Cutler, LLC (TRANSYSTEMS), a <br />professional firm hired by the <<NAME>> to provide relocation assistance to you, such as referrals to <br />replacement housing and help with filing for benefits. <br />2.MOVING EXPENSES: You will receive a payment to assist in moving your personal property. You may <br />select one of the following payments: <br />A. A Fixed Moving Payment based on the number of rooms you occupy (from Informational Statement). <br />Your entitlement under this option for __ rooms is $________; or <br />B. A payment for your Actual Reasonable Moving and Related Expenses based on at least two written <br />estimates and receipted bills; or <br />C. A combination of both (in some cases). <br />3.REPLACEMENT HOUSING ASSISTANCE: You are eligible for a replacement housing payment to rent or <br />purchase a replacement home. The payment will be based on several factors, including the cost of a <br />"comparable replacement dwelling" and your average household income. <br />If you choose assistance under the State Regulations and rent replacement housing, you may file a claim for <br />a RENTAL ASSISTANCE payment, equal to the difference between the monthly rent and utilities necessary <br />to rent a comparable replacement dwelling (as determined by <<NAME>>) and the base monthly rent, <br />multiplied by 42 months. <br /> <br />A study was completed to determine the cost of a comparable replacement dwelling for eligible occupants <br />most nearly representative of your current dwelling.
