[Section 27A.37D of Municipal Code][SDR] <br />E31 Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP). Submit a SWMP that includes, at a minimum, exhibit(s) showing drainage <br />areas and location of Low Impact Development (LID) treatment measures; total project site area and total area of <br />land disturbed; total new and/or replaced impervious area; treatment measures and hydraulic sizing calculations; a <br />listing of source control and site design measures to be implemented at the site; saturated hydraulic conductivity <br />rate(s) at relevant locations or hydrologic soil type (A, B, C or D) and source of information ; elevation of high seasonal <br />groundwater table; and a brief summary of how the project is complying with Provision C.3 of the MRP. Section <br />27A.10 of Municipal Code][SDR][SDR] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance <br />E32 Stormwater Best Management Practices. Implement Best Management Practices (BMPs) for construction to protect <br />water quality, in accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are <br />available electronically for inserting into project plans. [Section 27A.9 of Municipal Code][SDR] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance & <br />During Construction <br />E33 Full-Trash Capture Device. Submit plans for approval prior to replacing, relocating, or removing any existing <br />stormwater full-trash capture device in the public right-of-way. [Stormwater MRP Section C.10][SDR] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance <br />E34 Streetlights. Submit and obtain approval of plans showing the style and location of the proposed streetlights in <br />compliance with City Engineering Standards. [Section 30.40 of Municipal Code][SDR] <br />[As an alternative, specify what we want as a custom condition] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance <br />E35 Green Infrastructure. Submit plans showing stormwater treatment measures along the project’s street frontage sized <br />to treat the half-street tributary area of the project frontage along Heller Street, Cassia Street, Main Street and <br />Peninsula Avenue. [Section 27A.37 of Municipal Code][SDR] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance <br />E36 Shoring for Excavations. Submit plans and calculations for the proposed below grade work, including but not limited <br />to dewatering plans and shoring plans. No tiebacks shall extend into the public right of way or onto adjacent <br />properties without the written agreement of the City and/or private property owner. Execute any necessary <br />agreements, including but not limited to offsite improvement agreements and/or encroachment permits, prior to <br />building permit issuance. Any tiebacks within the City’s right of way shall be de-tensioned prior to permit sign-off <br />and/or project acceptance. [Section 29.6 of Municipal Code][SDR] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance & <br />Certificate of <br />Occupancy <br />E37 Construction Management & Staging. Submit a construction parking management plan which outlines the number <br />of construction workers by phase, phase duration, and where parking will be located for each phase. Construction <br />parking, material storage, equipment, or other construction-related uses are not permitted within the City right of <br />Prior to <br />Encroachment Permit <br />Issuance
