The Planning Commission hereby finds that the Property meets the historic <br />designation criteria established by the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance as <br />set forth herein and recommends that the City Council designate the residence and <br />property located at 731 Edgewood Road, Redwood City, California a Historic Landmark. <br />4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br />approve the Historic Property Preservation Agreement for the subject property, attached <br />as Exhibit A. <br />5.
