Front yard setback <br />2. Stucco clad wall to the left, right, and rear of the house <br />3. Front and rear courtyard spaces <br /> <br />Exterior Features <br />1. Asymmetrical house form <br />2. Stucco coating and chimney <br />3. Projecting entrance pavilion <br />4. Clay tile roof <br />5. Flagstone pavers at front door <br />6. Wooden doors and windows with varying decorative features <br /> <br />Interior Features <br />1. Entrance foyer <br />2. Hall / small hall <br />3. Study <br />4. Living room <br />5. Dinette <br /> <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Property and Applicant qualify for a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Redwood City and the residents <br />therein, that a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) be approved to assist <br />in the restoration and preservation of the Property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Planning Commission finds that the above recitals are accurate and <br />constitute findings in this matter, and with the staff reports, the application materials, <br />development plan, and all other documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and <br />written testimony, and materials in the City’s file for the application and the Project, and <br />all adopted City planning documents relating to the Project and the property including the <br />City’s General Plan, Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, and other applicable City laws <br />and regulations, have together served as an adequate and appropriate evidentiary basis <br />for the findings and actions set forth in this Resolution.
