Front yard setback 2. Stucco clad wall to the left, right, and rear of the house 3. Front and rear courtyard spaces Exterior Features 1. Asymmetrical house form 2. Stucco coating and chimney 3. Projecting entrance pavilion 4. Clay tile roof 5. Flagstone pavers at front door 6. Wooden doors and windows with varying decorative features Interior Features 1. Entrance foyer 2. Hall / small hall 3. Study 4. Living room 5. Dinette and; WHEREAS, said Property and Applicant qualify for a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract); and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Redwood City and the residents therein, that a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) be approved to assist in the restoration and preservation of the Property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Planning Commission finds that the above recitals are accurate and constitute findings in this matter, and with the staff reports, the application materials, development plan, and all other documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimony, and materials in the City’s file for the application and the Project, and all adopted City planning documents relating to the Project and the property including the City’s General Plan, Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, and other applicable City laws and regulations, have together served as an adequate and appropriate evidentiary basis for the findings and actions set forth in this Resolution.
