Department of California Highway Patrol <br />and City of Redwood City <br />Agreement #24C330002 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />(Standard Agreement) <br />BUDGET DETAIL AND PAYMENT PROVISIONS <br />1. INVOICING AND PAYMENT <br />A. For services satisfactorily rendered, and upon receipt and approval of the invoice(s), the State <br />agrees to compensate Contractor in accordance with the rates specified herein. <br />B. Contractor agrees to submit semi-annually, one (1) original and one (1) copy of all invoices, clearly <br />indicating the Agreement number to: <br />Name: Kendra Charlesworth, Lieutenant <br />Office: CHP Redwood City Area Office <br />Address: 355 Convention Way <br />Redwood City, CA 94063-1475 <br />Invoice shall be billed to "California Highway Patrol' and not "CHP" <br />C. Invoices not on pre-printed bill heads shall be signed by Contractor furnishing the service. <br />2. BUDGET CONTINGENCY CLAUSE <br />A. It is mutually agreed that if the Budget Act of the current year and/or any subsequent years covered <br />under this Agreement does not appropriate sufficient funds for the program, this Agreement shall be <br />of no further force and effect. In this event, the State shall have no liability to pay any funds <br />whatsoever to Contractor or to furnish any other considerations under this Agreement and Contractor <br />shall not be obligated to perform any provisions of this Agreement. <br />B. If funding for any fiscal year is reduced or deleted by the Budget Act for purposes of this program, the <br />State shall have the option to either cancel this Agreement with no liability occurring to the State, or <br />offer an Agreement amendment to Contractor to reflect the reduced amount. <br />3. PROMPT PAYMENT CLAUSE <br />Payment will be made in accordance with, and within the time specified in, Government Code Chapter <br />4.5, commencing with Section 927. <br />4. RATE SCHEDULE <br />CHP agrees to pay Contractor semi-annually, in arrears, up to twenty-four (24) hours per month, for <br />use of the Redwood City Police Department weapons firing range facility at the following rates: <br />REV: 03-10-25 LF <br />Fiscal Year 24/25 $73.00 per hour <br />Fiscal Year 25/26 $75.00 per hour <br />ATFY/AGR.2025.040/Califomia Highway Patrol (CHP) (Range Agreement) (Page 7 of 18) <br />
