REV: 12-12-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />GOODS AND SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. GOODS AND SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell aftermarket vehicle parts and supplies (Goods) to the City from the <br />categories listed below on an as-needed basis. In instances where shipping charges must <br />be charged to City, this shall be noted at time of Order. <br />Goods and Services shall be purchased on an as-needed basis at the request of City staff <br />authorized in Section 2 of this Master Purchase Agreement. The City does not guarantee <br />any minimum or maximum quantity purchased. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The aggregate cost of Goods and Services purchased under this Master Purchase <br />Agreement shall be in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars <br />($108,000). Parts shall be billed with a discount off Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price <br />(MSRP) as outlined below. <br />Vendor shall invoice the City following City’s acceptance of each order.
