as Document Number 2025-059130 of Official Records of said county, and the beginning of a non - <br />tangent curve, concave northeasterly, from which the radius point bears North 25°07'30" East; <br />Thence leaving said easterly line, northwesterly, along said northeasterly line, along said non -tangent <br />curve, having a radius of 482.00 feet, through a central angle of 001026", an arc distance of 1.46 feet <br />to an angle point on the westerly line of said Levee Easement; <br />Thence along said westerly line the following seven (7) courses: <br />1. South 28°00'18" West, 62.55 feet; <br />2. South 72°08'05" East, 38.42 feet; <br />3. South 17°51'55" West, 21.00 feet; <br />4. South 72°08'05" East, 39.25 feet; <br />5. South 17°51'55" West, 15.00 feet; <br />6. South 72°08'05" East, 22.45 feet; <br />7.
