9. South 38°54'05" West, 26.11 feet to a point on said common line, hereinafter referred to

<br />central angle of 12°21'12", an arc length of 36.65 feet to the beginning of a non -tangent
<br />curve, concave southwesterly, the radius point of which bears South 04°16'51" East;
<br />2. Southeasterly, along said non -tangent curve, having a radius of 27.00 feet, through a
<br />central angle of 64°35'13", an arc length of 30.44 feet;
<br />3. South 29°41'38" East, 10.00 feet to the most southerly corner of said Lot 2, said corner
<br />being common to said Lot 1 and that parcel designated as "REMAINDER", as described
<br />in Exhibit B of that certain Lot Line Adjustment recorded March 18, 1998 as Document
<br />Number 98-036690, Official Records of said county, and being the beginning of a non -
<br />tangent curve, concave southwesterly, the radius point of which bears South 60°21'56"
