Thence along said northerly line, the following two (2) courses: <br />1. South 88056'09" East, 459.67 feet; <br />2. South 53°47'50" East, 109.98 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A", said <br />point being the beginning of the northerly line of that portion of the herein described <br />improvement area hereinafter referred to as the "5 -foot wide portion of the Levee <br />Improvement Area"; <br />Thence leaving said northerly line of said Parcel Two, the following one (1) course comprising <br />said northerly line of said "5 -foot wide portion of the Levee Improvement Area": <br />1. North 68°41'06" East, 48.59 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point B", said point <br />being the terminus of said northerly line of said "5 -foot wide portion of the Levee <br />Improvement Area" and also being the beginning of the northeasterly line of that <br />portion of the herein described improvement area hereinafter referred to as the "10 - <br />foot wide portion of the Levee Improvement Area"; <br />Thence the following one (1) course comprising said northeasterly line: <br />1. South 53°43'39" East, 58.80 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 12.00 feet <br />westerly, measured at right angles, from the easterly line of said Parcel B as shown on <br />said "PARCEL MAP 85-12", said point hereinafter referred to as "Point C" and being the <br />terminus of said northeasterly line; <br />Thence along said parallel line, North 17°51'55" East, 256.14 feet to a point hereinafter referred <br />to as "Point D", said point also being the beginning of the westerly line of that portion of the <br />herein described improvement area hereinafter referred to as the "8 -foot wide portion of the <br />Levee Improvement Area"; <br />Thence leaving said parallel line, the following six (6) courses comprising said westerly line: <br />1. North 72°08'05" West, 22.45 feet; <br />2. North 17°51'55" East, 15.00 feet; <br />3. North 72°08'05" West, 39.25 feet; <br />4. North 17°51'55" East, 21.00 feet; <br />5. North 72°08'05" West, 38.42 feet; <br />6.
