<br />LEVEE IMPROVEMENT AREA OVER THE LANDS OF HCP LS REDWOOD CITY, LLC,
<br />A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY,
<br />FORMERLY KNOWN AS HCP REDWOOD CITY, LLC,
<br />A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY,
<br />FORMERLY KNOWN AS SLOUGH REDWOOD CITY, LLC,

<br />AREA 1:
<br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, being a portion of Lot 1 as shown on that certain map entitled "AMENDED MAP OF
<br />SEAPORT PLAZA SUBDIVISION MAP", filed for record on September 15, 2008, in Book 136 of
<br />Maps, at pages 77 and 78, together with a portion of Lot 8 as shown on that certain map
<br />entitled "SEAPORT CENTRE UNIT IV", filed for record on October 15, 1987, in Book 117 of
<br />Maps, at pages 22 through 26, records of said county, being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the most northwesterly corner of Lot 2 as shown on first said map;
<br />Thence along the common line of said Lots 1 and 2, South 13°15'45" East, 18.65 feet to a point
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Point A", said point also being the beginning of the easterly line of
<br />that portion of the herein described "Area 1" hereinafter referred to as the "10 -foot wide
<br />portion of the Levee Improvement Area';
<br />Thence the following nine (9) courses comprising said easterly line:

<br />3. South 48028'04" East, 23.49 feet to a point on said common line, hereinafter referred to

<br />4. Leaving said common line, South 48°28'04" East, 3.33 feet;
<br />5. South 04°36'36" East, 81.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right;
<br />6. Southerly, along said tangent curve, having a radius of 110.50 feet, through a central
<br />angle of 53°30'11", an arc length of 103.19 feet;
<br />7. South 48°53'35" West, 42.08 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left;
<br />8. Southwesterly, along said tangent curve, having a radius of 90.00 feet, through a central
