Recording Requested by and <br />When Recorded Mail to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attn: City Clerk <br />Fee Exempt per Government <br />Code § 6103 and § 27383 <br />Space above this line for Recorder's Use <br />THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR DECLARES THAT CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IS ACQUIRING TITLE AND IS EXEMPT <br />FROM DOCUMENTARY TRANSFER TAX PURSUANT TO R & T 11922 <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />SEAPORT CENTRE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, a California corporation ("SCOA"), hereby remises, <br />releases and quitclaims to CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a California charter city and municipal <br />corporation ("City"), all of SCOA's right, title and interest in the real property improvements in the City <br />of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of the flood protection devices <br />including without limitation levees, seawalls, rip rap slope protection, earthen berms and embankments, <br />transmission tower footings to accommodate said flood protection, integrated concrete gutters and <br />walkways, and storm drain backflow prevention devices within the real property described in Exhibit A <br />and depicted in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein, and all appurtenances thereto, subject <br />to matters of record, which improvements are and shall remain real property ("Current Levee <br />Improvements"). <br />This Quitclaim Deed is recorded for the sole purpose of affirming that SCOA has no right, title, or interest <br />in the property described herein by virtue of the construction of the Current Levee Improvements <br />pursuant to the Levee Financing and Improvement Agreement dated October 27, 2020, as amended, <br />between City and SCOA, among other parties. As such, this Quitclaim Deed does not constitute a sale or <br />transfer of realty or a change of ownership, and does not connote that SCOA had any actual right, title, or <br />interest in the Current Levee Improvements as of the date of this Quitclaim Deed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Quitclaim Deed on the date set forth below. <br />Dated:(! f g elt 2025. <br />SEAPORT CENTRE OWNERS' <br />ASSOCIATION, a California oration <br />By: <br />Michael A.
