9. All other terms and conditions of the Lease not inconsistent with this First <br />Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. <br />10. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have their meanings ascribed to <br />them in the Lease. <br />11. This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall <br />be deemed an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the <br />same instrument.
