period; and (2) funds shall have been appropriated for such purposes during the Fiscal Year for <br />which such employment is retained. All such part-time or temporary personnel shall be subject <br />to dismissal by the Executive Director without notice at any time and without cause. <br />SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 7.
