ORDINANCE NO. P- 272 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />CEMEX CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PACIFIC, LLC <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on June <br />28, 2017, on the question of approval of the lease agreement hereinafter <br />described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 of the Charter of the City <br />of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City <br />does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement — <br />Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, LLC' (the "Lease Agreement"), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port <br />Commissioners ("Port") and Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, LLC <br />("Tenant"), which Lease Agreement provides that the premises which are subject <br />to the Lease Agreement (the "Premises") are located at 775 Seaport Blvd., in the <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of <br />357,734 square feet (more or less) and an incidental easement area for the <br />operation of a conveyor, and all facilities located thereon, which Premises are <br />generally described and depicted on Attachment "A," attached hereto, and shall <br />be used for the purpose of operating a construction materials shipping, receiving, <br />storing and processing business and incidental administrative equipment and <br />equipment maintenance facilities. <br />Port 1 <br />Cemex <br />05/18/17 FXS 5/18/17 DKS; 05/09/17 fxs <br />
