REV: 12-19-25 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />In consideration of the payment set forth below, Consultant shall provide services to assist <br />the Fire Department in optimizing the existing Telestaff software more efficiently.
