REV: 11-13-25 LF EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Scope of Services: Consultant shall provide specialized design services for workspaces and common areas throughout City facilities. Specialized design services including technical drawings shall be rendered on an as-needed basis at the request of the City’s Public Works Services Department Facilities Superintendent or their designee. Consultant shall have all drawings reviewed by staff possessing IIDA NICDQ certification prior to submitting to the City for approval. Upon receiving City approval of design drawings, Consultant shall supply and install furniture selected by the City as provisioned under OMNIA partnered contracts described below. City’s Public Works Services Department Facilities Superintendent or their designee will place an order for furniture on an as-needed basis. All orders will be F.O.B. Destination if not otherwise specified. All furniture will be received by City subject to its right of inspection, rejection, and revocation of acceptance under the Uniform Commercial Code. Consultant warrants that all furniture will conform to applicable specifications, drawings, description, and samples. All furniture will be covered by manufacturer warranties. Consultant shall invoice the City following City’s acceptance of each order. Consultant shall submit invoices to: Public Works Services 1400 Broadway Redwood City, CA 94063 Fees: City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis, in an amount not to exceed $1,200,000. Furniture shall be billed at a discount percent off manufacturer’s pricing as outlined in the OMNIA partnered contracts pricing schedule listed by manufacturer below. For negotiable discounts, any negotiated percent discount shall be higher than the high- range tier percent discount of the respective manufacturer’s price schedule.
