Adopt a resolution of the Successor Agency Board of the Successor Agency to the <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Agency approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and Successor Agency to the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency, as Seller, for the sale of real property identified as Assessor's <br />Parcel Number 053-182-030 in the amount of $900,000; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City approving a Purchase <br />and Sale Agreement between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and Successor Agency <br />to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, as Seller, for the purchase of real property <br />identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 053-182-030 in the amount of $900,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 8.L. Master Purchase Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & <br />Sons for essential protective gear and equipment needed for daily operations and <br />firefighter safety (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master Purchase <br />Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & Sons for a term of <br />three (3) years in an amount not to exceed an aggregate amount of $1,000,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 8.M.
