Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master Agreement with <br />Ensight Technologies LLC. to provide the acquisition and installation of a Parking <br />Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) for Marshall and Jefferson Garages <br />for an amount of $577,310; <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to purchase an annual extended warranty, <br />hardware maintenance, and software support contract with Ensight Technologies <br />LLC., following the initial contract term of 2 years after substantial completion, <br />for up to five additional years, for a total amount not to exceed $308,475; and <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, by <br />up to 15 percent of the total contract amount. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />7.B.Amend Redwood City Municipal Code Chapter 32, Article IV, Section 32.87 <br />(Records to be Kept for a Period of Three Years) to give the City’s Tax <br />Administrator (Finance Director) the authority to issue administrative <br />subpoenas to compel compliance with the City’s Uniform Transient Occupancy <br />Tax (TOT). No changes to the existing tax structure are proposed. <br />2
