The Governance Sub-Committee <br />will continue to discuss this topic at a future meeting and, as appropriate, bring forward any <br />recommendations to the City Council for consideration. <br />EQUITY IMPACT STATEMENT <br />The City’s Legislative Platform supports Redwood City’s vision of being a community where people of all <br />backgrounds and income levels can thrive by guiding state advocacy efforts toward policies and funding <br />that advance housing affordability, homelessness support and prevention, equitable transportation, <br />youth and family services, public health and fiscal sustainability. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no direct fiscal impact associated with this item. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1.
