7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 7.A. Agreement for Services with Ensight Technologies LLC <br /> for the replacement of the parking access system for <br /> the 830 Jefferson Avenue and 750 Marshall Street garages <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master <br />Agreement with Ensight Technologies LLC. to provide the acquisition <br />and installation of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System <br />(PARCS) for Marshall and Jefferson Garages for an amount of <br />$577,310; <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to purchase an annual extended <br />warranty, hardware maintenance, and software support contract with <br />Ensight Technologies LLC., following the initial contract term of 2 years <br />after substantial completion, for up to five additional years, for a total <br />amount not to exceed $308,475; and <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, by up to 15 percent of the total contract amount.
