State of <br />California on June 22, 1925 in Book 12 of Maps at Pages 41 and 42, <br />Being that parcel of land conveyed to from by that deed dated 05/18/2021 and recorded 06/11/2021 in <br />Instrument 2021-089959, of the San Mateo County, CA public registry.
