Company Background <br />Founded in 2018 and headquartered in San Diego, California, EnSight Technologies, LLC <br />builds on the legacy of its founding members, who established APS Technology Group in <br />2002. APS developed and delivered Optical Character and License Plate Recognition <br />(LPR) systems for tracking containerized cargo and trucks, operating in 14 countries <br />before its sale in 2012. Leveraging this extensive experience in optical vision systems, <br />EnSight’s founders transitioned their expertise to the parking industry, creating innovative <br />solutions for modern parking challenges. <br />As a software solutions company, EnSight has developed proprietary AI-based object <br />detection and tracking software that integrates with off-the-shelf cameras and hardware. <br />EnSight’s platform offers real-time occupancy counts, an integrated LPR module, <br />customizable dynamic signage, and an open API infrastructure, creating a flexible and <br />cost-effective parking management system serving clients across diverse industries, from <br />small operators to large organizations. <br />II. Key Personnel <br />Name Title Role <br />Nate Wolfe Project Manager Nate Wolfe will serve as the project manager for this <br />initiative, overseeing all aspects of the Parking <br />Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) <br />deployment. With extensive experience managing <br />large-scale PARCS projects at FLASH Parking, Nate <br />brings a proven track record of success. Since <br />joining EnSight Technologies nearly a year ago, he <br />has effectively led diverse projects, including major <br />airport deployments, municipal initiatives such as the <br />South Lake Tahoe gateless parking solution, and <br />numerous other EnSight projects nationwide. <br />Ehren Kellogg Project Engineer Ehren will be responsible for overall project <br />engineering, drawings, network diagrams, and <br />coordination on installation and infrastructure tasks. <br />With over 20 years in the Parking industry of an IT <br />background and 8 years of project management <br />experience, Ehren has worn many ‘hats’ along the <br />way.
