License Agreement. Any waiver, modification, consent, or acquiescence with respect to any <br />provision of the License Agreement shall be set forth in writing and duly executed by both <br />parties. No waiver by any party or any breach hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any other <br />subsequent breach. <br />22. BINDING EFFECT. This License Agreement is binding upon the heirs, <br />executors, administrators, and successors of the Parties. <br />23. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. Electronic signatures may be used in place of <br />original signatures on this License Agreement. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures <br />on the electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, <br />and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this License Agreement based <br />on the use of an electronic signature.
