STUDY SESSIONS <br /> <br /> 12.A. Greater Downtown Area Plan draft Vision Framework study session <br /> <br />Principal Planner John Francis gave the staff presentation. <br /> <br />Consultants Poonam Narkar and Jim Stickley from WRT gave a presentation. <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comments: <br />• Dani Gasparini <br />• Michael Arruza <br />• Yukari Schneider <br />• Karvin Dassanayake <br />• Steve Howard <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive information on the draft Vision Framework for the Greater Downtown Area Plan <br />effort and provide individual Councilmember feedback on the Vision Framework.
