8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 8.F. Agreement for Services with Ingram Library Services <br /> LLC for library materials, processing and cataloging <br /> services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute a three-year Agreement for Services with Ingram <br />Library Services LLC for library materials, processing and <br />cataloging services for a not-to-exceed amount of $500,000 <br />per year for a total contract amount of $1,500,000 from <br />December 2025 to December 2028, and authorize the City <br />Manager to extend the agreement for two additional two- <br />year terms for a total amount not to exceed $2,000,000 <br />through December 2032, for a total contract amount not to <br />exceed $3,500,000.
