GRANTEE further agrees to pay for damage to the property caused by GRANTEE, its agents c contractors. GRANTEE agrees to indenmify GRANTOR against all damages, expenses, costs, and charges, and to save GRANTOR harmless from any and all claims for damages arising from and related to use of the TCE by GRANTEE, its agents or contractors. This instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the rights herein granted and the obligations herein assumed. Any oral representations or modifications covering this instrument shall be of no force and effect excepting a subsequent modification in writing signed by the parties. The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and bind the successors and assigns of the respective parties.
