FREEMAN AND JUDY A. FREEMAN. TRUSTEES OF THE FREEMAN FAMILY <br />TRUST, AND JEFF A. KREAGER AND LORETTA V. KREAGER. TRUSTEES OF THE <br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT OF JEFF A. KREAGER AND LORETTA V, <br />KREAGER DATED OCTOBER 9, 1989 (collectively -GRANTOR") hereby grants to THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A CHARTER CITY AND A MUNICIPAL CORPORAT10N OF THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA (hereafter 'GRANTEE"). a Temporary Construction Easement <br />(hereafter "TCE'I in ana to a portion of its real property located to the County of San Mateo, <br />State of California as described in Exhibit 'A" attached hereto and Incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />Said TCE is granted to GRANTEE, its successors and assigns. to have and to hold for purposes <br />of GRANTEE's US Highway 101IState Route 84 (Woodside Road) Interchange improvement <br />Project thereafter the "Project") GRANTOR grants to GRANTEE a TCE in, over and to the <br />area descrtbed Exhibit -A" for construction activities, including but not limited to. all purposes <br />connected with the laying down, construction, rehabilitation and installation of the Project, and <br />temporary staging together with the right of Ingress and egress to and from the TCE area, for <br />the purposes aforesaid <br />The Project is expected to have a thirty-six (3,6) month Construction period. however, the use of <br />the TCE on the subject parcel will not exceed ninety (90) days. GRANTEE will provide <br />GRANTOR ten t 10) days written notice prior to the commencement of its use of the TCE. <br />During this ninety (901 day period access over and parking on the TCE area will be impacted. <br />However• vehicular and pedestrian Ingress and egress to and from the property via the existing <br />driveway from Veterans Boulevard will always remain open during the 36 -month term of the <br />TCE Continued ingress and egress will oe maintained by reconstructing the driveway In two <br />phases leaving half the width of the driveway open for ingress and egress and when <br />construction Is completed on phase one. construct the phase (wo remaining halt width driveway <br />keeping the reconstructed driveway naif open for ingress and egress.
