Counteroarts Signature <br />This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all <br />counterparts shall constitute one agreement. <br />18. Specific Performance and Other Remedies <br />The parties understand that the interests and rights being conveyed by this Agreement are <br />unique and for that reason, among others, the parties will be irreparably damaged in the event <br />that this Agreement is not specifically enforced. Accordingly, in the event of any controversy <br />concerning the obligations under this Agreement, such obligation shall be enforceable by a <br />decree of specific performance or by injunction.
