Written notification will be provided prior to the start of <br />the Construction activities, and if there is any disruption to the Tenant's use of the Property, <br />the Contractor will provide notification prior to disruption of the'Tenant. <br />Upon completiorRoftheC0nStRiCtion activities, any impacted site improvements will be replaced <br />and restored to the property's original condition, as necessary. <br />The overall prof?ct is projected to have a three (3) -year constr„ction period, with a thirty-six <br />(36) month TCE term ,nding June 30, 2029, or sooner dependent on the completon of <br />construction.
