Kreager and <br />Patricia A. Kreager to the James D. Kreagerand Patricia A. Kreager, Trustees, recorded June 20, 1997 as <br />Document No. 97-074852, Records of said County, being more particularly described as follows: <br />A temporary easement to terminate June 30, 2029 for construction purposes and Incidents thereto, in <br />and to those portions of said James D. Kreager and Patricia A. Kreager, Trustees parcel described as <br />follows: <br />COMMENCING at the southwest corner of LOT 2, BLOCK 1, as said lot and block are shown on that <br />certain map entitled "ODDSTADT INDUSTRIAL PARK, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed October 26, <br />1964 in Book 61 of Maps at Pages 8 through 10, inclusive, Official Records of said County; thence along <br />the westerly line of said LOT 2, North 09054'11" East 2.35 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence continuing along last said line, North 09054'11" East 5.00 feet; thence departing last said line, <br />South 80°27'09" East 6L29 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of Parcel 1 as described the Deed <br />from Leslie Salt Company, et al, to the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, recorded in Book 117 at Page <br />62, Official Records of said County; thence along last said line, South 65020'15" West 8.89 feet; thence <br />departing last said line, North 80027'09" West 53.97 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />CONTAINING 288 square feet (0.007 acres), more or less. <br />The beatings and distances used in the above description are based on the California Coordinate System <br />of 1983 (CCS83) Zone 3, Epoch 2010.00.
