F. Severability. If any provision of this Assignment is held invalid, the remainder of <br />this Assignment shall not be affected, except as necessarily required by the invalid <br />provisions, and shall remain in full force and effect unless amended or modified by mutual <br />consent of the parties. <br />G. Valid Signatures. The undersigned is duly authorized to sign, acknowledge and <br />deliver this Assignment on behalf of the undersigned, and no other signatures are required <br />or necessary in connection with the execution and validity of this Assignment. <br />H. Recordation. On the Effective Date, this Assignment shall be recorded in the <br />Official Records of San Mateo County, California. <br />L Purchase Aueement.
