Exhibit "C" <br />Inspection & Maintenance Checklist <br />Infiltration Trench Maintenance Plan for <br />146 Roosevelt Ave <br />June 15t 2025 <br />An infiltration trench is a long, narrow, excavated <br />trench backfilled with a stone aggregate, and lined with <br />a filterfabric. Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, which reduces pollutant <br />removal efficiency and may lead to trench failure.
