Order Number: NCS -1282880 -SM <br />EXHIBIT A Page Number: 7 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: <br />Portion of Lots 9 and 10 in Block "F", as shown on that certain map entitled "WOODSIDE ACRES MAP NO. <br />1, SAN MATEO COUNTY CALIFORNIA" which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California on May 18, 1923 in Book 11 of Maps at Pages 34 and 35, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line of Woodside Road, distant thereon North 100 15' East 5.00 <br />feet from its intersection with the line dividing Lots 9 and 10 in Block "F", as said road, lots and block are <br />shown on the map above mentioned; thence from Point of Beginning South 100 15' West along the <br />Northwesterly line of Woodside Road 125 feet; thence North 790 45' West, Parallel with said dividing line, <br />a distance of 107 feet more or less to a point on the Southeasterly line of lands described in the deed <br />from F. Fontana, et al., to Joseph M. Tuoto recorded July 15, 1944 in Liber 1120 of Official Records at <br />Page 420, San Mateo County Records; thence along the Southeasterly line of lands described in the last <br />mentioned deed North 10° 32' East a distance of 5 feet more or less to an angle point therein; thence <br />continuing along the Northeasterly line of lands described in the last mentioned deed North 550 12' West <br />28.08 feet to the Southeasterly line of lands described in the deed to Ralph Cyr and wife recorded April 2, <br />1954 in Liber 2561 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 188; thence along the Southeasterly <br />line of lands described in the deed last above mentioned, North 410 43' East 53.96 feet to the <br />Southwesterly line of lands described in the deed to F. Fontana and wife recorded July 29, 1936 in Liber <br />702 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 270; thence along the Southwesterly line of lands <br />described in the last mentioned deed North 790 45' West 117.24 feet more or less to the Northwesterly <br />line of Lot 9; thence North 410 53' East along the Northwesterly line of Lot 9, distance of 67 feet more or <br />less to the most Northerly corner of Lot 9; thence North 190 53' East a distance of 5 feet more or less to <br />the Southwesterly line of lands described in the deed to George Q.
