REV: 01-21-26 LR • The 1200A MCC will house the meter and main sections, ATS, panelboard, transformer and VFSDs. The MCC main will be kirk-keyed to the portable generator connection. • A standalone control panel with CompactLogix PLC and Cradlepoint wireless communication system. • The SCADA strategy and programming report is not included. Process control descriptions will be provided as a specification section. It shall include SCADA and programming requirements. The specs are provided in lieu of the report and will present the same information. • Generator permitting is not included. Generator permitting is assumed to part of the construction phase and will be part of the contractor’s scope. • The existing 15kV overhead PG&E line is to be converted to underground and a new transformer, per DTN’s previous coordination with AT&T prior to project being put on hold. • The PG&E application will need to be restarted. • The electrical building will be fully isolated from the wet well so there is no need for go/no- go panels. • No T24 calculations or forms will be required. Task 16 – Additional CPT Based on the preferred alternative concept, the bottom of the wet well is approximately within liquefiable soils, and the sandy layer below is not expected to liquefy based on geotechnical borings conducted. Based on preliminary analysis, tiedown piles are likely needed. For this task, BAGG will refine the liquefaction analysis by performing up to three additional CPTs and updating the geotechnical recommendations.
