PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />AMENDMENT OF OTHER INSURANCE CONDITION - PRIMARY OR <br />PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY WHEN REQUIRED BY <br />WRITTEN CONTRACT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />The following is added to Paragraph (1) of 4. Other Insurance under Section IV — <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS: <br />(7) When You Add Others As An Additional Insured To This Insurance <br />That is other insurance available to an additional insured. <br />However, the following provisions apply to other insurance available to any person or organization who <br />is an additional insured under this Coverage Part: <br />(a) Primary Insurance When Required ByContract <br />This insurance is primary if you have agreed in a written contract, written agreement or permit that <br />this insurance be primary.
