Purchase of nine Ford Mavericks and one Ford F-250 from the Towne Motor Company <br />dba Towne Ford Sales in the amount of $366,365 to replace end of life equipment (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute the <br />purchase of nine Ford Mavericks and one Ford F-250 from the Towne Motor Company <br />dba Towne Ford Sales in the amount of $366,365. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.E. Award Hoover Park Renovation Project to Azul Works, Inc. with funding of up to <br />$9,493,902 provided from federal Community Development Block Grant funds, local <br />Capital Outlay funds, and local Park Impact Fees (304) <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the Hoover Park Renovation <br />Project contract to Azul Works, Inc. of San Francisco for their responsible and responsive <br />low bid of $7,911,586, waive minor bid irregularities as set forth in the staff report, and <br />authorize the City Manager or their designee to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, by up to 20 percent of the amount awarded, for a total amount not to exceed <br />$9,493,902. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br /> <br /> 7.F. Tentative Side Letter Agreement between City of Redwood City and the San Mateo <br />County Fire Fighters International Association of Fire Fighters Local 2400 <br />("Association"), and Amendment to the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan <br />establishing new classification of Firefighter/Engineer Paramedic (304) Reso 16364 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Tentative Side Letter Agreement between City of Redwood City <br />and the San Mateo County Fire Fighters International Association of Fire Fighters Local <br />2400 re: Firefighter/Engineer Paramedic Job Classification; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving amendments to the City’s Classification and Salary and <br />Wage Plan establishing the new classification of Firefighter/Engineer Paramedic and
