Award contract to Wood Rodgers, Inc. for the Redwood Creek Watershed and Wetland <br />Capacity Project Scoping (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for <br />Services with Wood Rodgers, Inc. in the amount of $1,172,516, and further authorize the <br />City Manager or designee to increase the agreement amount, if necessary, up to 10 <br />percent, for a not-to-exceed total amount of $1,289,768. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.B. Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Services with One Workplace for the storage and <br />delivery of furniture for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the <br />Agreement for Services with One Workplace for storage and delivery of furniture for the <br />Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by <br />$20,660 from the General Fund, resulting in a total contract amount not to exceed <br />$155,299. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.C.
