Master Purchase Agreement for the provision and delivery of unleaded gasoline and <br />renewable diesel fuel (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute a two- <br />year Master Purchase Agreement with Bosco Oil, Inc. dba Valley Oil Company (Valley Oil <br />Company) for the provision of gasoline and renewable diesel fuel in an amount not to <br />exceed $1,600,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.F. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with Davey Resource Group, Inc. for <br />additional cost to complete a tree inventory (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment <br />No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with Davey Resource Group, Inc. to complete a tree <br />inventory, covering the time period of December 2025 to June 2026 for a not-to-exceed <br />amount of $72,000 for a total contract-not-to-exceed amount of $353,050. <br /> <br />CEQA:
