Amendment to the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan and the <br />Summary of Compensation and Terms of Employment for the Executive <br />Management Employee Group (905) Reso 16386 <br /> <br />Human Resources Director Michelle Katsuyoshi gave a presentation. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan <br />to update salary ranges for Executive Management and appointed <br />classifications consistent with prior City Council action and amending the <br />Summary of Compensation and Terms of Employment for the Executive <br />Management Employee Group to clarify relocation assistance benefits and <br />amend holiday benefits effective December 22, 2025. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and Second, Chu and Howard, to adopt a resolution amending the <br />City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan to update salary ranges for <br />Executive Management and appointed classifications consistent with prior <br />City Council action and amending the Summary of Compensation and Terms <br />of Employment for the Executive Management Employee Group to clarify <br />relocation assistance benefits and amend holiday benefits effective <br />December 22, 2025, passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br /> 10.D. Adoption of an Economic Mobility Action Plan (301) <br /> <br /> Assistant City Manager Michelle Poché Flaherty gave a presentation. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, adopt the 2026 Economic Mobility Action Plan. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Eakin and Howard, to adopt the 2026 Economic Mobility <br />Action Plan, passed unanimously by roll call vote.
